So my dreads are just coming up to the 10 month mark which is pretty sweet, people keep asking me how long I’m going to keep them for, which kind of irritates me, but never mind!

So I thought I’d show you, despite how dark this room is, how my dreads are doing. They are in need of a good wash at the minute, but they have definitely made a lot of progress since I had them done in March! There are so many loops and things, but I like the fact that they look a little bit different every day that I have them.
Also got massive facefuzz going on right now, I took part in Movember but my moustache doesn’t grow that fast so it will be 2013 before I actually have one… so I grew out the rest of my face to make up for it. At this point I may as well take part in Decembeard!

So after having the same hair for about 6 years now, and only having it cut/styled about a grand total of five times in that period, (which is not to say I don’t look after it) I decided it was time for a change, so with the huge help of my friend Lauren and a helping hand from Amy and Steph, and a great amount of pain, I now have a head of new dreadlocks!
The ends are still a bit curly but they should even out after a little while, it just takes a bit of time and care.
